Add Stanton Social Prime to the growing list of Vegas dining destinations. Food Network star, chef Chris Santos teams up with nightlife juggernaut Tao Group to bring this venerable New York City dining experience to the center Strip where diners will be thrilled by theatrical tableside presentations, delectable desserts, and charming craft cocktails. Beef, however, is the main attraction here. The menu offers a large selection of prime dry-aged steaks seasoned with house dry rub, rested in a bath of Beurre de Baratte, finished with pink Himalayan salt, and served with roasted black garlic. For a finishing touch, guests can choose from a selection of sauces in vintage perfume bottles to drizzle onto their steaks, like the Eau de Poivre and Chanterelle No. 5. Add any number of decadent shareable sides like the “dirty tots” served with caviar and lobster crème fraîche. caesars.com
